The ZJ90DBS drilling rig is a 9,000m AC Variable-frequency NC drilling rig custom-tailored for users in extremely cold areas in accordance with the relevant standard requirements of SY/T 5609-1999 “Type and Primary Parameters of Petroleum Drilling Rig” and API, with the performance satisfying the operation requirements of well drilling for exploring and developing the oil and gas resources in intermediate and deep land well under the condition of environmental temperature of -40℃~+45℃ and air humidity no more than 90%(+20℃).
The drilling rig is equipped with crown block, mast, substructure, travelling block, hook, swivel, drawwork, mud pump, heat insulation system as well as various advanced equipment home and abroad, including top drive, roughneck, power catwalk and various monitoring apparatus for well drilling.
The ZJ90DBS drilling rig adopts the digital electromechanical control integration design, featured with high automation and intelligence. Keep HSE in mind, each component of the drilling rig is designed based on the mature and advanced technologies home and abroad, allowing the drilling rig to work reliably, move conveniently, operate economically.
The drawwork, rotary table and mud pump are driven independently by AC variable-frequency motor, without interference with each other and better satisfy different drilling process.
The mast is of K-type structure to accommodate top drive; the substructure is the swing-up type. By reeving though mast and substructure, the mast and substructure can be raised up together at one time the main equipment and the control room on the drilling floor are all installed at the lower position.
The drawwork is of a single shaft, where two variable-frequency motors drive the drum respectively through a gear reduction box; all main components can be disassembled into the single module to transport; the main brake is floating hydraulic disc brake, which can work safely and reliably; all operation parameters of the drawwork, including tripping speed, position of hook, and anti-block system etc., are digitally controlled.
The rotary table is driven independently through universal shaft by an AC variable-frequency motor, with the inertia brake; the control system can realize real time monitoring and over torque protection function.
Three 1600HP mud pumps are equipped; every pump is driven by a 1200KW direct-drive motor, reliability and flow rate control are improved.
The power system is equipped with 5 sets of 1200KW Caterpillar diesel generator set and 1 set of auxiliary diesel power generator.
The drilling rig is equipped with the heat insulation shed in the drill floor operation area, solids control mud tank area and the mud pump area allowing the rig to work in the extremely cold region.
The electric drive system adopts the vector variable frequency drive ; the main electric equipment is housed inside the VFD room.
Integrated driller cabin room: the driller completes the main operation of rig inside the drill cabin room, and realize the real-time display, storage, printing and management of parameters (signal).
Currently dozens of arctic drilling rigs manufactured by our company have been used in the extremely cold regions, which offers valuable experience for our subsequent research and development work for the arctic drilling rig. As the new 9,000m deep drilling rig, it will definitely better satisfy the requirement of operations in low-temperature regions.
